- Avoid placing cake on seats best on the car floor
- Keep the air conditioning on during warmer weather
Temperature
- Avoid direct sunlight and heat
- Do not leave the cake out for extended periods (especially in warm weather)
Before Serving
Remove the cake from the fridge 30 to 60 minutes before serving depending on weather to allow it to come to room temperature for the best flavour and texture.
Cutting the Cake
- Use a sharp knife
- Wipe the knife clean between each cut for neat slices.
Storage After Cutting
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge
