How do I place an order?

The easiest way to order is by contacting us via our contact form.

You can also place an order by contacting us via Instagram or WhatsApp on 0449 123 310. Be sure to include your requirements, including flavour, size, design, and pickup date.


Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an invoice. A deposit (half or full) is required within 24 hours of booking confirmation to secure your order.

Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my order?

Yes!

Once your order details have been confirmed, we will send you an invoice for your order within 24 hours, of which a 50% is required to secure your booking. Please note that your order will only be confirmed once the full deposit has been received. The deposit has to be paid by EFT only to our bank account provided on the invoice.

Prior to pickup, the balance of the invoice must be paid. The balance can be paid by cash, EFT or credit card. Please note that we will need the proof of EFT payment if paid by EFT.

I need to cancel my order! How much notice do I have to give?

We need at least 5 days notice for any cancellation. Any order cancelled within 5 days notice will incur a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee depends on order but will never be more than the deposit.

Please note that if the order includes any customised cake topper or anything else then we reserve the right to deduct the cost of such cake toppers or other customised products even if the order is cancelled before 5 days

Typically, we require about 5 days notice. Orders close every Monday at 5:00 PM for the upcoming week (up to Tuesday).

If you’ve missed the cut-off, we may still be able to accommodate your order. Please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability on 0449 123 310 (extra charges apply).

Can you please post my order to me?

Unfortunately, we do not ship our cakes and confections at this time. Your order will be available for pick-up at our home bakery in Baldivis.

I've picked up my cake! How do I store and cut it?

We want your cake to taste as fresh and delicious as possible on your special day. Follow these tips to ensure the perfect bite.

 Transport

  • Keep the cake on a flat surface while transporting
  • Avoid placing cake on seats best on the car floor
  • Keep the air conditioning on during warmer weather

 Temperature

  • Avoid direct sunlight and heat
  • Do not leave the cake out for extended periods (especially in warm weather)

Before Serving

Remove the cake from the fridge 30 to 60 minutes before serving depending on weather  to allow it to come to room temperature for the best flavour and texture.

 Cutting the Cake

  • Use a sharp knife
  • Wipe the knife clean between each cut for neat slices.

 Storage After Cutting

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge

Best consumed within 2 to 3 days

Important Note 

Our cakes are made fresh and contain cream, so they must be kept refrigerated

Once the cake leaves our care, we are not responsible for damage due to improper handling or storage
